Early Childhood and Family Service Bases provide an administrative base for a range of services, information and support for families with young children that can be delivered in the base, in their local community and also in the home. Services are offered through a variety of providers. Everyone will be able to get advice and guidance online, via phone or email; you can take your child to play activities and meet other parents; and the ECFS teams are trained to support families in their homes or in groups in the community. There are currently two bases per district except Norwich which has three. |
